Terrible! They do not even respond to any emails regarding insurance claims. Never use this company. Worst experience ever. Karla Rios is supposed to be a customer service representative, but does not even have the decency to answer or respond to emails.

Never use this company. I unfortunately had no choice because my moving company insured my shipping from NY to Europe. I filed a claim for damage to my items in February and 8 months later am still waiting for my cheque that "was lost in the post" within the United States! Apparently they don't know the definition of customer service either because they claimed no responsibility for the problem and told me I had to wait 2-4 weeks to be paid. I'm still waiting. NEVER use this company!
