  Was going there religiously.. but finally had enough of being treated like a second class citizen. Some nail techs act like Prima Donnas, are rude and do not treat you like a customer. Toby is wonderful, but only works a day or two a week so it was hard to get an appointment. Trish is also good (and kind). Kim is rude and talked about me (half in Vietnamese and half in English while I sat near her). Granted I’ve never even had her do my nails.. so her ‘opining’ about me in a negative manner as if I couldn’t understand her was disheartening. Many of the better and customer oriented nail techs have left due to the hostile environment. Ally does a wonderful job trying to manage the chaos. However, the owners really need to raise the bar on teaching the remaining nail techs about true customer service.
