  I had been 'bopped around' a couple of times. Yvonne, a very knowledgeable AIS representative carefully listened to my concerns regarding two insurance policies. I needed to cancel one and e-sign acceptance to bindover new coverage.
  
  She was patient, professional and provided excellent customer service. After a couple of days of speaking with several other reps we finalized both requests.
  
  Ken was also a great AIS Rep... however there was something I didn't understand which Yvonne clarified. Thanks for employing someone with her expertise level...Kudos!
